Te Waiora House
Te Waiora House in Canterbury is a retreat/respite centre for adults who need a break from the stresses of daily life. The House provides a peaceful and relaxed rural environment. Set in 10 acres of gardens and woodlands approx 60 minutes from Christchurch. The home is fully equipped and has 5 comfortable twin bedrooms, all en-suite. One is equipped for disabled people. All meals are provided. The house wardens on site support guests as required. There is no set fee for guests, but contributions towards costs will be gratefully received. Carer support payments by MOH or DHB are accepted. Te Waiora House is managed by Te Waiora Christian Trust and is based at:
